NRight now, I am in thea cafe and having a coffee.

As you're not talking about a specific cafe "a cafe" is better than "the cafe".

The cafe which I am in is very quiet and I can forcus on my works.

Now you're telling me more about the cafe introduced in the previous sentence, so "the cafe" is correct.

Work is used here as the broad concept of all the things you're doing while at the cafe. So you don't need to pluralise the word.
