The corrections I've received here help me expand my English toolbox. That's why I sometimes include ambiguous phrases into my journals intentionally. In order to acquire new phrases, I write my corrections down on the paper, and then review them in another two weeks or so.
My study method pay more attention on how often I can remember certain grammar or phrase at various situation, such as listening to TED talks and speaking English during online lessons, rather than how many times I can look back them using flashcards.
