What a nice day!!!
I enjoyed learning today, totally immersed in my study and reviewed the contents effectively. It seemed that keeping your phone away from you is a good way to concentrate!
When the last class ended and I walked to my dorm, I heard someone singing near the lake, and the song is the OST of one of my favorite soap operas!!!!!!!!!
My sleeping quality is well recently. It seems that everything is moving in a good direction!

If you still believe that keeping your phone away from you is a good way to concentrate, than turning "seemed" into the present tense sounds more natural here. "Seemed" makes it sound like you don't believe this anymore, or something happened that proved you wrong.

I've been sleeping well recently.
This sounds more natural than "sleeping quality." Although, you can say "the quality of my sleep" as in "The quality of my sleep has improved." That also sounds a bit more natural.
It seems that everything is moving in a good direction!

"seemed that" implies that your opinion has changed somehow because it's in past tense. Assuming you still hold this opinion, present tense is better.

the "OST" is the entire soundtrack, so a song is "from the OST" (as in one song in the OST) rather than being the entire OST.

“Content” sounds odd here. What sort of content, or the content of what?

To me, “OST” means “on-screen text.” This didn’t make sense in this context, so after a google search I realized you probably meant “original soundtrack.” Is OST a common abbreviation in your circles?

BTW, “soap operas” in the U.S. are daytime radio/television dramas, usually broadcast in early- or mid-afternoon. Does Chinese TV have many daytime dramas?
