I'm 32 years old and I'm overweight , so I need to improve my healt andh. I want to be in a good shape, and I'll never give up until I achieve my goals.

I split this into two sentences because "I want to be in good shape" is slightly separate from the need to improve your health. These sentence flow much better

Now I'm in B2 have a level B2 in English level.

Every day that I practicse eEnglish to, I learn more, I will go on to get a much better levelsomething new.

Using this pattern ("Every day that I do 1, I do 2") is quite difficult. If you want to include "getting a much better level", this could work:
"Every day that I practice English, I get one step closer to fluency."

After I find out a new job, I'll have some free time,. I think I'll take up practicesing a new sport.

In written English, you cannot directly connect "I'll have some free time" and "I think..." because these are full sentences. If you want to connect them, you must add a connective:
"I'll have some free time, so I think I'll take up practising a new sport."

My next holidays with my girlfriend will be aton October 1st,. I look forward to that day.

My brother takes after Mmy dad every sunday,: they are both always wactching football soccer on the TV.

Either use the colon or a full stop.

In my new Jorge and I never got on, we just always. We only talked a little.

Not sure what "In my new" should be.

Please, Keyla, come around my house this weekend,. I'll cook chicken rice!.

I have to recognize,se I'm a lazy person,. I always putt off the day when aI have to clean my bedroom.

Last weekend when I have bought shoes, I came across a Jose , s. She was working at thise shoe store.

Oh, what a terrible photo,! I can't makinge out the faces,. I could not loadan't post this photo on my iInstagram.
