1) Shouldn't you be in bed right now? Your school begins tomorrow.
2) I can't find my flips anywhere. When was the last time I wore them?
3) Why is it that every time you show up, things get ugly?
4) If you were able to have s*x with anyone on this planet, who would the top 5 you want to do it with the most be?
5) Watching all these homeless animals dying one by one causes me sadness.

Corrections

Your sSchool begins tomorrow. / Your classes start tomorrow

Grammatically, the original is fine, it's just not really something people would say.

2) I can't find my flip-flops anywhere.

Assuming flips is an abbreviation of flip flops, but we don't really abbreviate this in English.

Thanks!

1) Shouldn't you be in bed right now?

(Your) school begins tomorrow.

This means that the school term begins tomorrow.

It normally wouldn’t be necessary to include “your” in this sentence, since we already know from the previous sentence that the general topic is “you.”

2) I can't find my [flips] anywhere.

Do you mean flip-flops (拖鞋)? Or maybe flip-up sunglasses?

When was the last time I wore them?

In English, it sounds odd to ask yourself this question. It would be more natural for someone else to ask you, “When was the last time YOU wore them?”

3) Why is it that every time you show up, things get ugly?

5) Watching all these homeless animals (stray pets?) dying one -by -one causmakes me sadness.

“Homeless animals” is an odd expression. I mean, if they’re wild animals, how would we know if they’re homeless or not? If you mean “流浪宠物” then change “homeless animals” to “stray pets.”

“Causes me sadness” is technically correct but unnatural.

Ah, I see now. I wrote these sentences in a Chinese-thinking method. That's why I say "your school" and "I wore them". And I meant "flip-flops" by "flips", but I learned a new word from you; worth it. And thank you for the help.

Practice

1) Shouldn't you be in bed right now?

Your school begins tomorrow.

2) I can't find my flip-flops anywhere.

Changed this to make it clearer on what "flips" mean.

When was the last time I wore them?

3) Why is it that every time you show up, things get ugly?

4) If you were able to have s*xan intimate relationship with anyone on this planet, who would the top 5 you want to do it with the mostyour top 5 people be?

Be careful when writing this types of sentences on this website as it leans toward "sexual themes," which is prohibited. This is one way you can rewrite such a sentence.

5) Watching all these homeless animals dying one by one causmakes me sadness.

More natural this way

Thank you. I didn't know the policy about it. I'll be more careful with my words.
