I get it :( Feeling overwhelmed by what you have to do is quite common, isn't it? However, the hardest step is always the first! You got this!
RLately I dohaven't haved motivation.
Lately I haven't had motivation.
(1) "Rately" and "lately" sound similar, don't they? However, "rately" is not a word!
(2) "Don't have" is what is known as the "present simple tense". However, since "lately" actually refers to the past, we cannot use the "present simple tense" with it. Meanwhile, "haven't had" is known as the "present perfect tense", and can be used with the word "lately". Tenses in English can be very confusing, so don't worry too much if you can't understand them yet...
RLately, I dohaven't have ad motivation, because I have a lot of things to I should do.
Lately, I haven't had motivation, because I have a lot of things to do.
"Motivation" can be both countable (動機) and uncountable (モチベーション). When used in this context, it is uncountable, so we do not add the "a".
I am always tired.
