Overtime work

After three weeks of training, I came to work.
Because there was no indication, so the team members were not working.
I was very disappointed, but there was nothing I could do.
There was a lack of schedule, but I ordered to do it right away.
To make matters worse, a harder problem awaits me.
Now I am working and I think I will work until 10 p.m. today.

Overtime work

After three weeks of training, I came to work.

Because there was no indication, so the team members were not working.

I was very disappointed, but there was nothing I could do.

There was a lack of schedule, butso I ordered to do it right away.he team to get to work immediately. (?)

It's hard to tell what this sentence means. What is "it" referring to?

To make matters worse, a harder problem awaits me.

Now I am working and I think I will workcontinue until 10 p.m. today.

The repetition of work sounds clunky.
