Other Languages
I don't plan on learning any other language. At some point, I tried to learn German, but I stopped a little later. Learning another language would require too much time, and I don't see any benefit. English is essential because it's an international language. If I decide in the future to learn another language, I bet it will be German. Anyway, I don't think it will come to that.

Isn't it the second conditional if I use "would"? Because then I'd also have to change "decide" --> "decided".
"If I decided to learn another language in the future, (I'm guessing) it would be German."

In my experience as a native speaker, as long as we're discussing a hypothetical situation, we'd use "would".
For example:
- "If you had to choose another language (hypothetically) which one would you choose?
- "Well, I don't plan on learning another language right now, but if I had to choose one, I'd probably choose German."

Right, but the difference here is that you added the phrase "I bet".
If "I bet" or "I guess" wasn't included at the beginning of that clause, you'd be correct.
For example:
-If he eats your lunch, you will be angry at him.
-If he eats your lunch, I bet you would be angry at him.
