Nouvelle maison
Aujourd'hui, J'habite dans une nouvelle maison.
La maison est dans le nord-est dans une grande ville s'appelle Sheffield.
J'habite avec une femme et elle a trente ans.
Elle travaille dans la gestion de project et cuisine dans la temps libre.
Dans ma chambre, il y a un lit, un fauteuil et une armoire.
Elle n'a pas d'animaux domestiques.

I live with a woman and she is thirty years old.
She works in project management and cooks in her free time.
In my bedroom, there is a bed, a chair and a wardrobe.
She does not have any animals.

il faut préciser où tu habites (ici la maison) en utilisant le pronom "y"

It would be more natural to start here with "Cette maison ..." or with "Elle se situe dans le nord-est ..."

your sentence is correct but not natural. My corrections makes it better, but still more naturally we would say :
"J'habite avec une femme de trente ans." or "J'habite avec une trentenaire."
or even better, we would split sentences in a different way : "J'habite avec une dame. Elle a trente ans et travaille dans ..."
Maybe in the first sentence you could explain how and why you live with her... Btw, are you living together equally, or are you actually living at her place, like she is your landlord ? ("j'habite avec" : we live together. "j'habite chez" : I live at her place.).

Since you inserted a sentence about your room just above, "elle" should reference "ma chambre", but that doesn't seem right. I therefore infer that this sentence was ment to be moved one sentence up, and therefore "elle" would reference the woman you live with.
Otherwise you can simply say "il n'y a pas" (there is no) or "nous n'avons pas " (we don't have)

Capital letters are only for sentence beginnings and proper nouns. "Déménager" is better here because you mouved into a new house, there is a change of house.
