Chào mọi người. Tôi là thành viên mới. Tôi tên Duyên. Tôi 26 tuổi. Bây giờ tôi đang là một nhân viên tự do. Tôi thích mèo và tôi có 5 chú mèo. Hôm nay thời tiết rất nóng. Tuy nhiên tôi cảm thấy rất vui vì có thể tìm được một trang wep mà nó giúp tôi học tiếng anh. Cảm ơn vì đã đọc.
About Myself
"Myself" isn't technically incorrect, but "about myself" sounds better
Hello everyone.
I am a newbie.
My name is Duyen.
I'm 26 years old.
Now I am a freelancer.
Now usually needs a comparison to before
I like cats, and I have 5 cats.
When you write "I like [noun]," the noun needs to be plural
Two parts of a sentence that can be standalone sentences need a comma before the and
Today, the weather is so hot.
However, I am very happy because I can fifound theis wepbsite thisat helps me learning English.
I'm not sure what you were trying to say, but I interpreted it like this
Thank you for reading!
Now I am a freelancer.
You could also say “I work as a freelancer” or “I am a freelance (artist/writer/photographer/whatever you do)”
I like cats and I have 5 cats.five of them.
We (usually) write out numbers lower than one hundred.
Today, the weather is sovery hot.
“So” is technically correct but “very” would work much better.
However, I very happy because I can find the wep this help me learning English.
I’m not confident in your meaning here :(
My best guess is “However, I am very happy because I find this weather helps me learn English”

Myself
Hello everyone.
I am a newbie.
My name is Duyen.
I'm 26 years old.
NRight now, I a'm a freelancer.
As is, "Now I am a freelancer" implies that this is a very recent change. For instance: "I just ate dinner, now I'm full." or "I just got a call from the company. Now I'm a full-time employee."
However, if you've been a freelancer for a long time, and still are a freelancer, I might say "Right now". The comma ( , ) isn't entirely necessary, though.
I like cats, and I have 5 cats.
When saying that you like something which is a noun (cat, dog, train), but you don't mean a specific, unique one of them (e.g. "My cat Eleanor" or "The cat that's always at the train station"), the noun should be plural.
Today, the weather iit's so hot.
You could also say: "Today, the weather is very hot." "The weather is so hot" isn't wrong, but it feels a little odd to me.
When describing the weather, a more natural way to say it is "It's ______" or "It is ______".
However, I'm very happy because I canould find theis wep thisbsite to help me learning English.
The usage of the conjunction "however" in this sentence to contrast against the last one is very natural. Nicely done!
Remember to use "I'm" or "I am" when describing how you feel.
"Can find", in this case, would sound strange. Finding this website was something that happened in the past, so I would say "could find".
Since we are on this website right now, it is more natural to say "this website" instead of "the website". "The website" feels like you are talking about a different one than the one we are on now.
You could also say, "...to help me in learning English", or you could break this up into two sentences and say, "...I could find this website. This can help me learn English." (Here, I have used "can" instead of "could" because the action of helping you learn English is something that will continue into the future).
Thank you for reading!

You could also connect some of these sentences with conjunctions like "and" or "so" to make the text flow more naturally, but overall, good work!

Very good!
Now I am currently a freelancer.
There's a small subtlety thing here, where starting a sentence with "Now" implies either a change in topic, or a comparison to some previously mentioned state. "currently" is a bit better here because it doesn't have the same implication.
I like cats and I have 5 cats.
