My Struggle in English

My biggest struggle is speaking, not vocabulary and grammatical difficulty. Compared with other European languages, English has a relatively simple grammar with less irregular. However, the way to speak English, including pronunciation, accent, and intonation, is difficult for Japanese people to figure out because we pay little attention on them in Japanese conversation.
Why English native speakers can move their tongues and lips so quickly? I can't imitate their movements nor distinguish some sounds such as "r" and "l". In addition, intonation is hard to learn even though it is essential to get my message across.

Good job!! I’ve heard it’s hard for Japanese speakers to learn English. Due to being hard to distinguish between difference the R and l letter. May I suggest this video. I seen a lot of people comment how useful it is.
