My second post

The last time I uploaded my first post, I was so touched that some of you helped me by correcting my poor sentences. Even you guys don't know me. I'm so surprised.
Thank you, anonymous people!

I have questions. I can understand the meaning of sentences when I hear or read, but every time I try to express my thoughts, I couldn't do well.
What is the best way to improve my speaking and writing skills in English?
I know that only practice is the answer. However, I want to know the efficient way to learn English. I want to take a shortcut. Am I saying something stupid?
If you have any study solutions to make me fluent in English, please help me.
Guyssssss I need you!!!

My second post

The last time I uploaded my firsta post, I was so touched that some of you helped me by correcting my poor sentences.

"The last time I [action]" is when you have done the action before, so it wouldn't make sense to have the action be writing a first post

Even though you guys don't know me.

This sentence should be a part of the first sentence, because the "even though" makes it incomplete

I'm so surprised.

Thank you, anonymous people!

I have questions.

I can understand the meaning of sentences whenthat I hear or read, but every time I try to express my thoughts, I couldan't do well.

You're talking about hearing/reading the sentences, so the relative clause would be "that," "when" would work if those verbs were related to another noun
"Can" not "could" because it's still present

What is the best way to improve my speaking and writing skills in English?

I know that only practice is the only answer.

"Only" goes with "answer"

However, I want to know the most efficient way to learn English.

"The efficient way" is implying there's only one way to efficiently learn English, which if there is then that would be correct, but still sound unnatural

I want to take a shortcut.

Am I saying something stupid?

If you have any study solutions to make tips/methods to help me become fluent in English, please help me.

"Study solutions" is not a term that is used
"Make me fluent in English" sounds like there's a way that'll suddenly make you fluent, since I changed "study solutions" to "study tips" it should be more like a gradual process of becoming fluent (which it is), "help me become" sounds less immediate
"Help me" twice isn't wrong but is repetitive, if you were to use my corrections you could change this to "share them"

Guyssssss I need you!!

Practice is the only way I know to improve writing/listening, just have to keep going and it'll be worth it :)
Reading does kind of play a role in learning writing, because you learn words and phrases used together, and that'll help with natural writing
Your sentences are still good though! You said that you can't write well even if your comprehension is good, but I disagree.

The last time I uploaded my first post, I was so touched that some of you helped me by correcting my poor sentences.,

Eeven though you guys don't know me.

I'd suggest combining this sentence with the last, so that the logical sequence flows more smoothly. I have altered both sentences to allow for this.

I'm so surprised.

I have questions.

A few missing objects. Hear or read what? Can't do what well?

What is the best way to improve my speaking and writing skills in English?

I know that only practice is the answer.

Alternatively, and perhaps slightly more naturally: "I know that practice is the only answer."

However, I want to know the most efficient way to learn English.

I want to take a shortcut.

Am I saying something stupid?

If you have any study solutionsadvice to make me fluent in English, please help me.

"solutions" isn't used in this context. Consider "advice" or "tips".

I'm in the same boat as you, in the sense that I also cannot readily express my thoughts in my target language. As such, I don't have any surefire advice, but I can tell you what I do to try to address this. I use Anki to memorise vocabulary, but I don't just memorise the pronunciations and meanings. For each card, I will also attempt to generate a sentence or short phrase using the word. The idea is that this helps me practice forming thoughts in my target language. Whether this works, only time will tell.

Eventually, I'll probably have to find someone to practice my speaking with. But until then, I'll just talk to myself.

You’re not stupid at all! It’s completely normal to struggle when learning a language. To improve your English, try speaking every day, even for just a few minutes, and don’t be afraid of making mistakes – they’re part of the learning process. Immerse yourself in English by watching movies, reading books, and listening to podcasts. Writing regularly, like keeping a journal or posting in English, will also help improve your skills. Set small goals, like learning new words each week or having short conversations, and be patient. With consistent practice, you’ll see improvement over time. Keep going, you're doing great!

Good job! It's normal to find it difficult to express yourself when learning a language. Of course, you didn't say anything stupid. Perhaps, you could learn some phrases that can be used in multiple situations. Try listening to casual conversations in English and you could find some useful phrases. Try thinking in English, for example, when you are doing something, try to say that in your head in English. Keep posting your written work on here as well. Write about what you did on a particular day or about your future plans.
