La primera vez que vine a la escuela me sentí nerviosa porque no conocía a nadie, así que me senté enfrente de una chica para hablarle pero no funcionó. No sé como hacer nuevos amigos. Quisiera ser más sociable pero soy tímida. Espero conocer gente agradable.
Soy estudiante de medicina, es una carrera difícil pero al mismo tiempo satisfactoria, quiero ser una cirujana, mientras me divierto leyendo libros de suspenso.

Title capitalization rules
The first time that iI came to the school i, I felt nervous because i donI didn't kneow noanybody, so iI siat in front of a girl to talk with her but it doesnt itthat didn't happen.
I = always capitalized
"I don't" is present tense. Since you are recounting a story (already happened), "I didn't" is the proper tense.
"It doesn't it" does not mean anything. I edited here if you mean that you and the girl did not end up talking.
I don't Kknow how to make new friends.
I want to be more sociable but iI am shy.
I hope to meet nice people nice.
Adjectives (nice) almost always go before nouns.
I am student of medicinae, it's a difficult career but at the same time it's satisfactory, iying. I want to be a surgery, whileon, and enjoy me reading books of suspensethriller novels.
Surgery is the act, surgeons are the doctors who perform it.
It's = contraction of it is. Its = possessive of it (for example: a tree and its leaves)
The last phrase sounds as if you want to read DURING performing surgery. If that isn't what you meant, I gave an alternative here. :)
