Usually, "Hi, I'm __________" is a sentence on its own. Or, the next clause would begin with a conjunction like "and". Example: "Hi, I'm Camilo, and I am 24 years old..."
I am looking for a good job;. I want to improve my eEnglish level to increase my job opportunities and to be able to have a fluent conversation in ethe English language

"u" works very well as a shortening of "you" in very informal writing, but if you wish to be formal, you would want to use "you".
After "for", the infinitive form (to ______) of a verb sounds odd. We would instead use the progressive form (______ing). So, "Thank you so much for READING..." works, but "give" should also be progressive: "...and TO GIVE me tips..." should be "...and GIVING me tips..."
Also, "I" is always capitalized when it is by itself. At least, in formally written English.
"I hope to continue for a long time" isn't completely wrong, but I would personally specify what exactly is being continued. In this case, "being here".

- In English, it is implied that you want a good job, so you don't have to specify that.
- "I want" is more commonly used than "My wish is."
- Since you've already said you want to speak English, you don't have to repeat that. You can just say you want to speak German and add "in addition to English."
- Make sure to always capitalize English because it is a language.

You profile made sense in English and I had an easy time understanding you :) I made a few grammar corrections and made your profile sound more fluent, but I think you did a really great job. Anyone reading this would understand what you were trying to say. Keep up the good work!
