Today, I installed ChatGPT, and asked some questions. It was surprised for me because it answered me the exact answer which I want. I had avoided to use it because I had been worried about its safety. However, I would like to use it after knowing its convenience. And I’m also careful to not to stop to think things, not to rely on ChatGPT.

(1) This sentence structure is quite tricky. The phrase is "be careful not to (do something)". Below are some further examples to assist your understanding.
> Be careful not to fall over. 転ばないように気を付けてね。
> I must be careful not to make a mistake. 間違えないように気を付けなくてはならない。
(2) While "careful not to stop to think about things" is grammatically correct, the excessive use of "to" makes it feel quite awkward. For this reason I have replaced "stop to think" with "stop thinking".
(3) The phrase is "think about (something)".
