My first day at the gym

Today, I signed up to the gym. My father was with me because I needed a parent to sign. So I did my first training. I tried to test a lot of machines and I asked other peoples to give me advices because I think it's the best way to progress. It was really cool and tomorrow, I may come back. Maybe, a friend who had bien came in this gym for a long time will go with me.

"had been coming" implies they used to but don't anymore
"has been coming" implies they've been going and continue to do so :)

Feedback

Good job, your English was very good :)

Thanks a lot !

My father was with me because I needed a parent to's signature.

a parent to sign makes sense but a parent's signature is better

So I did my first training session.

'So' isn't necessary

I tried to test a lot of machines and I asked other peoples to give me advices because I think it's the best way to make progress.

'People' and 'advice' don't need the -s. 'to progress' is ok, but 'to make progress' sounds more natural

Maybe, amy friend who hads bieen came in this gym for a long time will go with me.

Not 100% sure what you're saying.

Feedback

Mostly, very good and accurate writing! :)
