I have been studying for three days.
"I'm learning English now" is a better way to say "now I'm learn English". If you are talking about yourself doing something, you should put "-ing" after it. And where you said "I have been studying for three days", you can say "I've been studying for three days". This way sounds more casual but either way works. The way you said it just sounds more formal but that's completely fine.

This is understandable just a few grammar mistakes. It's good though overall.

I is supposed to be a big letter because it's a personal pronoun. "Learning" is the present tense. "English" the "E" should be written as a big letter.
