My favorite food changes from time to time.
Actually my favorite food is lamen, the Japanese food.
Noodles, fried chicken or pork roast, boiled eggs and pepper.
Before that, my favorite food was Shawarma, Middle Eastern dish. Very good as well.
Sadly here where I live is not so common to find these dishes, so sometimes I buy the necessary groceries and prepare them at house by myself.
ActualCurrently my favorite food is lramen, the Japanese food.
Actually is valid grammatically, but I think "currently" works better because you're about to compare it to the past.
Before that, my favorite food was Shawarma, a Middle Eastern dish.
VIt is very good as well.
Sadly here where I live it is not so common to find these dishes, so sometimes I buy the necessary groceries and prepare them at (my/the) house by myself.

Where I live you can usually find both. Most dedicated japanese restaurants here are sushi restaurants, but usually "asian fusion" restaurants will have ramen as an option. Similarly, some turkish restaurants will do Shawarma. They might be less than authentic since they're usually restaurants that focus on a big menu rather than specialties though.
Actually, my favorite food is lramen, the Japanese fnoodles.
NIt has noodles, fried chicken or pork roast, boiled eggs, and pepper.
Before that, my favorite food was Sshawarma, a Middle Eastern dish.
Very goodIt is very tasty as well.

Actually, my favorite food is lramen, thea Japanese fooddish.
Comma
The correct spelling for the Japanese dish is "ramen"
"Ramen" is one specific Japanese dish, so "a Japanese dish" sounds more natural.
Also, "the" isn’t necessary here.
NIt includes noodles, fried chicken or pork roast, boiled eggs, and pepper.
I added "It includes" to clarify the ingredients of ramen and made the list more structured with commas.
Before that, my favorite food was Shawarma, a Middle Eastern dish.
I added "a" before "Middle Eastern dish" for grammatical correctness.
VIt's very good as well.
I added "It's" to make the sentence complete.
Sadly here, where I live, it is not so common to find these dishes, so sometimes I buy the necessary groceries and prepare them at housme by myself.
The word order was adjusted to sound more natural in English.
The more common expression is "at home," not "at house."

ActuallyNowadays, my favorite food is lamen, the Japanese food.
Actually does not mean the same in English. You can replace it with At this time, Nowadays...
NIt's made of noodles, fried chicken or pork roast, boiled eggs and pepper.
This was not a complete sentence, so I added a verb at the beginning.
Before that, my favorite food was Shawarma, which is a Middle Eastern dish.
VIt's very good/tasty as well.
Again you are missing a verb.
Sadly here where I live is not so common, is not easy to find these dishes where I live, so sometimes I buy the necessary groceries and prepare them at housme by myself.
It would be more natural in English to say "I cook them at home by myself" rather than "I prepare them"
