Titlecase :) but it's totally chill to leave it when it's just casual.

Formally, you need a comma after greetings. Like "Good morning, Arthur." A lot of people don't write it when its casual though, because we don't pause there when talking like you usually would with a comma.

If you're curious, ppl like to abbreviate like this when casual:

OR
-->This policy will, in the long run, save money. (enclose the phrase with commas)
