In English, every word in a title must be capitalized, except for a few exceptions

I have been studying eEnglish inat differents moments of the day.

1. English is a proper noun and must be capitalized
2. Adjectives don’t become plural when the noun is plural, they stay the same
“Different moments of the day” sounds a bit unnatural. Maybe you could say something like “different times of day”

When talking about multiple objects, “this” changes to “these”

3. You should add the word “the” in front of the podcast name, this is just proper grammar, not much more to explain. Additionally, you should capitalize “BBC” as abbreviations and letters like this are normally capitalized in English
