Mi primera entrada
Hola a todos. Esta es mi primer intento de escribir aqui. Espero crear un habito de escribir poquito todos los dias hasta que tenga confianza. Mi trabajo me requiere escribir en espanol sin usar Google Translate.
Eso me parece muy dificil y cuando hago trampas mi jefa me pilla. Ella piensa que intento falsificar las cosas. El problema es que ella cree que hablo espanol con fluidez porque digo algunas frases. Cuando quiere explicarlo que mi espano no es lo bueno que ella piensa, me niega la oportunidad de hablar.
Asi que, tengo que mejor mi espanol rapidisimo. Ya se que no uso los tildes per esa va a cambiar a partir de manana cuando tengo mas tiempo para averiguar como encontrarlos en mi teclado. :-)

Intento is masculine, therefore is "este", not "esta".
"Aquí" has an accent on the i.
Espero crear un haábito de escribir poquito todos los diías hasta que tenga confianza.
"Un poquito" would sound more natural. Always use those two words together. "Poquito" is still correct though.
"Más confianza" would also sound more natural.

I don't know which variant of spanish you're learning. As a matter of culture, I'd just like to comment that in Mexico we would use "me cacha" instead of "me pilla".
Strangely I can't definitely say that "trampas" is incorrect, but I surely use and hear "hago trampa" instead.

You can use either "se" or "conozco" interchangeably. "Digo" is technically correct, but it sounds weird.

The verb "querer" works in this context, but "tratar" is better. Either way, you conjugated "querer" incorrectly. It's "quiero" for "yo".
"No es tan bueno como ella piensa" - "It is not as good as she thinks"

"Así" needs an accent on the i, and no coma is necessary.
"mejor" means "better". In this case you need to use the verb "mejorar", which means "to improve".

"Sé" is a conjugation of the either the verb "ser" (to be) or "saber" (to know).
"Se" is quite a complex word to explain, but it's not a verb. I suggest you look into it.
It's not "esa" but "eso". When you refer to a situation in a vague way you always use eso. If you want to say "that situation will change" for example, then you use "esa" because you're referring directly to "la situación", which is feminine. "Esa situación va a cambiar". In this context that phrase would sound really off though.
Also, in case you don't know, there are different types of tildes, in this case the type is calle "diacrítico".
Feedback
I don't know how good you're at using tildes in Spanish since you don't know how to type them yet, but other than that, your text was quite good.
My computer has actually a US keyboard too, even though I'm Mexican and live in Mexico. By far the best way I've found to type accents is setting the US International keyboard (assuming you're on Windows). I'll leave a link to a video on how to set it up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OF5pjbDldMU
It's really easy to use and so useful for other languages. I'm learning German and I can easily type characters like ß, ä, ü, and ö so quickly. For Spanish, just type the apostrophe key once (nothing will happen) and then, type either vowel to type á, é, í, ó, ú. For the ñ, just hold the right alt key and type n. For the ü (which it's used so rarely), hold the right alt key and press the letter y (if you press u, you'll get "ú").
