I think this is better as two sentences.

The "you know" is pretty conversational.

I wasn't sure if "statement of claim" was a technical term so left it alone, but there might be a better way of phrasing this.

But I just ate mashed potatoes (I ordered this too) and left this place without thoughts about repeat visit.

Then one car got dirty my jeans dirty.

After, when I set atwas in the taxi to my office and relaxed (I thought I was/had finished), my coworker rememberinded me about one things… I forgot to take a document that confirms the fact theyat they had taken my request for the court!

So I got to the office ato the end of the work day.

I was going to theent to my friend's party!

And we ate so much/such tasty food, it was awesome.

We talked a lot, we spenthad a nice time.

I’m sure that all situations, all the tasks wthat life gives to us isare useful, is and good for us.

The whole world has a plan tofor us, and it is a very personal plan.

I feel like I’m on the right path and I’m on the safe route / I'm safe.

You can’might not imagine it, but I have struggles with communication, - I need to make an efforts, but it is worths it.

Sometimes, I feel like no one need tos me.
