Making some Changes

I am frutrasted right now.Actually I always immersed in balme myself with my faults that happened in my life, but never know——why I always flaws in how I do things.Until this moment ,finally,I unveiled the truth witch on the bottom of the riddle is that I always take attention to the counts of what I did, instead of the Deliverble Quality.
What counts most is "conscientions"but I,put my entusiastic in the misguided path.
Thanks to my management teacher GangWei,I check to my fault through his course. He taught us,altitude is the most important thing in our life and shown us the altitude of"conscientious" by his students' homework in former. And I was amazied by their zealous,by their earnest,by their persiverence.
If I want to do something the most important and the priorty is find out my altitude and then I can achieve my goal.
It's the most simplest words, but I realised that up to now.My tears welling up,why?

Making sSome Changes

I am frustrasted right now.

Actually, I've always immersed myself in balame myself wifor the my faultistakes that happened in my life, but never know——understood why I always flawmade these mistakes (in how I do things).

You can leave off this part: "in how I do things"

Until this moment ,f. Finally,I I've unveiled the truth, witch onhich, at the bottom of the riddle , is that I always takepay attention to the counts(quantity?) of what I did, instead of the D(deliverable Q) quality.

I didn't understand what you meant by "counts," but I am guessing it might be "quantity" since it is often something compared with quality.

Without additional context, I don't see why "deliverable" quality is needed

What counts most is "consciintentions", but I,put use my enthusiastic in the misguided pathm the wrong way.

"Conscientions" is not a word, but maybe you mean "intentions?" Or possibly, "effort."

I found it hard to keep "misguided path" and still sound natural with your phrase; I changed it to something that means the same thing

Thanks to my management teacher, Gang Wei, I check toam (analyzing / working on) my faults through his course.

Two potential options:

I am analyzing my faults = understanding the faults
I am working on my faults = taking actions to correct or address the faults

He taught us,al that attitude is the most important thing in our lifeves, and showned us the alttitude of" "being conscientious" by hisusing his former students' homework in former.

I'm not sure I understood the end, hopefully I edited to your point

And I was amazied by their zealous, byness, their earhonest, byy, and their persievereance.

No need to repeat "by their" each subsequent time. "Zealous" and "earnest" are both adjectives; here you need nouns.

If I want to do something, the most important and thehighest priority is to find out my althe correct attitude, and then I can achieve my goal.

It's the mostThey are the simplest words, but I only just realiszed that up to nowis.

Adjectives that take -er and -est suffixes never need "more" or "most," because it's already built into the word. If you use the plural "words," you need the plural "they are"

My tTears are welling up, in me, why?
