Living WITH ADHD

This topic is really important to me.
For a long time, I thought I had ADHD. I used that excuse for everything, without realizing that I was sabotaging myself. Sure, I don't feel 100% normal, but lately, people in general don't. I felt incapable and like crap. The only way to fix myself was to be reborn, or so I thought. My parents, afraid of this possibility, do not believe that their children have something like this, parents don't want to believe that. Because of this, I never went to the hospital to find more. Even without help, I go ahead to reach a conclusion. I am not crazy…of course I'm not. I learning to live with this supposed condition, my capability, to make my dreams become real. If I deserve something? it depends on me, no excuses, no procrastinator, just do. There will be days when it's hard, but don’t give up, the winners will be they keep going, even if the difficulties appear, it’s completely ok, not to do 100% of your day. But persist bro, I know you got this, just as I believe in myself.

NOTE: The word "that" is optional -- you can safely delete it.

Sure, I don't feel 100% normal, but lately, many people in general don't.

All too often, I feelt incapable and like crapousy.

NOTE: The phrase "like crap" is vulgar. To soften the expression, "lousy" is a better word choice.

The only way to fix myself was to be reborn, or so I thought.NOTE: The word "reborn" has many meanings. Often Christians use this word to refer a total acceptance of Christ Jesus. However, often meanings of this word exist. Which meaning are you referring to?

MY GUESS: My parents, afraid of this possibility, do not believe that their children havedo something like this,. My parents don't want to believe that.grew up in the PRC, which is an officially an atheist country.

I am guessing here . . . In communist countries, religion is frowned upon.

Because of this, I never went to thea hospital to find more.

QUESTION: I am uncertain the meaning here. Is your native language Chinese? (If you add the Chinese text, I can decipher the meaning.)

MY GUESS: Even without professional help, I gowent ahead toand reached a conclusion.

Without seeing the Chinese text, I am not certain of the meaning here.

I am not crazy…of course I'm not.

Sounds like you are struggling with many doubts. Embrace your unique strangeness. All of us are "crazy" in a sense!
A certain of strangeness is normal.
