My dearest Lotta,
Thank you very much for lunch on Saturday, it was such a pleasure to talk with you again after such a long time. The soup was splendid and I really enjoyed the mousse au chocolat we had for dessert. Picking the "broomsticks" for our lunch date was the perfect choice, I adored the wonderful table decorations. Again, I very much apologize for being late - you can imagine how busy traffic in London is life at that time of the day. We must do this again very soon. Your company is always a pleasure. I must ask you a favour though. Me and Steve are going on holidays next week - the bahamas, can you imagine? I would much appreciate if you could water our plant while we are away. We will be gone for two weeks, but it will be more than enough if you could water them every third day. Please let me know if you have the time to do that, I will lend you my doorkeys then.
Kindest regards,
Rosalie

Thank you very much for lunch on Saturday, it was such a pleasure to talk with you again after such a long time.
Note that "my dearest" is very strong, whereas "Dear Lotta," would be typical for a friend
The soup was splendid and I really enjoyed the mousse au chocolat we had for dessert.
Picking the "bBroomsticks" for our lunch date was the perfect choice, I adored the wonderful table decorations.
Use the name of the restaurant, no quotes needed

I would muchreally appreciate if you could water our plant while we are away.
You'd typically either say "appreciate" or "very much appreciate." Just "much appreciate" is a bit awkward
We will be gone for two weeks, but it willould be more than enough if you could water ithem every third day.
Still in a hypothetical situation, so "would" not "will"
Note you have the singular "plant" in your previous line, but the plural "them" in this line. To make these agree, use "plants" + " them" or "plant" + "it"
Please let me know if you have the time to do that, and I will lend you my doorkeys then.
Kindest regards, Rosalie
