"I" as a word is usually capitalised.

"Include" is used when the you're talking about multiple things that each have the included thing(s). E.g. "the cars include air conditioning"/"the car includes air conditioning"

If you're going to use "below" you should separate the topic and points so they're actually below.

You'd actually probably use a bulleted list for these points if you were setting out an assignment, but I went with semicolons to change less from the original. You _could_ use commas, except some of the items contain commas internally, so using the larger pause of a semicolon helps make it clear which are separate points.
