Tell us about your family. Are you single or married? Do you have kids or pets? Brothers and sisters? Continue on to describe someone in your family, could be what they look like or their personality. Maybe things you have in common with them or differences you have had.
Officially, I'm single. At least, thats what I answer in those serious documents. I have been living with my boyfriend since the beginning of quarantine and we have plans to marry soon (probably next year). When we move to our own house, we are going to adopt a cat. And a dog, maybe. I have a younger brother, but he lives with my parents and we haven't talked much. He is really quiet, which I can relate, but I love him a lot and I've been trying to call him for more fun activities together.

"We have plans to marry soon" is correct, but it sounds a little bit too formal

Good job! Just a few small changes you could make that would make your writing sound more natural. For example, using contractions (e.g. "He's" instead of "He is") more.
