To be honest, I can't remember exactly when I started to learn english. Even though I never had formal lessons, I was always in touch with the language through videogames. So that's how it happened: a extremely curious girl with a bilingual dictionary while playing Age of Empires. The problem is that this method helped me only with vocabulary and reading skills. Even though I have an average comprehension skill, I'm really insecure when I have to write anything or have real-life conversations. My main goal is to overcome this difficulties because, as a cientist, it would be amazing if I was able to publish my researchs in a more acessible language to the international academic comunity.
