In the movie" Finding Nemo", there is a very forgetful fish named Dory who is just like me.
I am very forgetful. Of course, I don't like it but in the end, I forget easily my plans.
When I go to the supermarket, I often forget things I need to buy even though I have a memo on my phone. I often end up going all the way to a second supermarket to buy things I fogot.
I usually write down my schedule in my daily planner and also on my wall calendar. If I forgot to write my plan in either of the two, I might forget it entirely.
And unfortunately that sometimes happens.
To prevent this, I always check my plan throughout the day. That's my daily routine.
