Karate

Karate is an ancient art created in Japan at the beginning of the mankind. This discipline has been very significant throughout my lifetime, specially when I started practicing as a shy teenager at my 8 years old. While it's a common misconception, Karate doesn't inherently make people more violent, quiet the contrary, is designed to promote the self-control, respect and resilience. I strongly think that practicing Karate it's a positive aspect in my life, not only making my body stronger, also benefits my character and mind.
