Is it in our nature to like to/ want to grow things..?
Past two weeks, I have been trying to sprout and grow a few basil seeds, and I ended up killing a few sprouts.. I don't feel good as it feels like I really killed a few lives.)
I haven't really cared for growing plants before, but this year, I'm suddenly feeling that it can be very refreshing to look at plants in the morning. It's funny because I was never a country person. I have always been a city person.
I've mostly lived in cities, my whole life, except this one year when I had to go to a school in rural region of the US. (Even then, I didn't particularly like where I was living.)
Is it my age..? Haha.
Anyways, I really wish I had a garden, instead of an apartment balcony, so that I could keep a few dogs like a cute, sporty retriever, and fragrant flowers.
