I'm assuming you're talking about how well the other person wrote in Mandarin "last time".

Or: You sound like a native Mandarin speaker, not a foreigner. I added "you" for consistency and to maintain that sense of "talking to someone else" that you've established. I feel like starting with "It is not like" feels too indirect. I added "native" just for clarity and specificity- considering how non-native Chinese people might not be fluent in Mandarin (Chinese diaspora/华裔 like me are an example of people that fall into that category)
