It's good news to hear that your knee doesn't have big trouble.
The plaster I used is just homemade stuff, the maker has no qualification and the plaster has no license. I do want to buy some for you, but I don't know how to deliver it to your place. I have tried to do that but l can't make it in the end. If you were in China, things would be completely solved. The possible way is to search for a famous brand of Chinese plaster "云南白药膏". I think it should be sold in New York.
Another way could be this: I buy it and you do the delivery things because I really don't know how to send it abroad. I have never done the like.
Speaking of Chinese medicine, I know it is denied in many western countries because it doesn't have a standard of modern technology, but sometimes it works.
However, it is not a big deal, just keep resting and give it essential treatment, then it will get well soon.
