What do you mean by roughcast?
I think by un-received you mean not occupied, as in no one lives in it?
I will do that as soon as possible.

Roughcast means 毛坯房 (I looked up it in a translation app)
Un received apartment means that the apartment is built but 我还没有收房 (I am not received it) But I don’t know if I am correct.
