According to our training schedule this year, today we began to start our new type of professional farmer training. Usually we rent a meeting room in a hotel and hire local teachers. Of course, we also eat and live in a hotel to implement our training class. But this kind of short term training class doesn't last long, it only takes six to sixteen days. When we start our class this morning, I will take some pictures and videos and share them with you. The first class we will start today is grain and oil production class and the students in this class are all large planters who are good at planting grains. Well, see you later.

AIn according toance with our training schedule this year, today we began to start our new type of professional farmer training.

"According to" is usually used to refer to a document of some sort.
"In accordance with" is usually used to refer to a schedule (hence training schedule) or a command.

I deleted "to start" because you already said "we began." You could also say "today we started our new...". Pick one or the other :)

Usually, we rent a meeting room in a hotel and hire local teachers.

Of course, we also eat and live in a hotel to implement our training class.

But this kind of short term training class doesn't last long,; it only takes six to sixteen days.

When connecting two phrases that are valid sentences on their own and are related to the same subject use a ; (semi-colon) instead of a comma.

When we start our class this morning, I will take some pictures and videos and share them with you.

The first class we will start today is a grain and oil production class and the students in this class are all large(?) planters who are good at planting grains.

Not sure what you mean by "large"
In English large usually refers to something that is actually big in size, though I am aware in Chinese 大 can have many meanings. I think you mean "experienced" planters, as in individuals who are skilled at planting.
