I don’t know how dental treatment is in other countries, but in Japan, we have a national insurance system, so if you have a toothache, you can easily receive treatment. We only have to pay 30% of the treatment cost.

Before COVID9, my wife worked at a dental clinic. She has a dental hygienist license, so her salary was quite good.

However, her dentist seemed to be bad at administering anesthesia.
I had my wisdom tooth extracted at a larger hospital some years ago. Before that, I had a cavity in the tooth next to my wisdom tooth, and it was quite painful. Since the cavity was deep in the gums and not visible, treating it was difficult. However, that doctor was very skilled.

Thank you for your corrections.

I don’t know how dental treatment is in other countries, but in Japan, we have a national insurance system, so if you have a toothache, you can easily receive treatment.

Before COVID19, my wife worked at a dental clinic.

COVID9 -> COVID19

She hasd a dental hygienist license, so her salary was quite good.

has -> had:
Make sure the tense matches across the sentence.

The reason the correction is ("She HAD a dental hygienist license, so her salary was quite good"), and not ("She has a dental hygienist license, so her salary IS good") is because in the previous sentence ("Before COVID 19, my wife worked at a dental clinic"), you establish that this is in the past. Has = present, Had = past.

Your English is great! I'd suggest trying to combine your sentences into more complex sentences. Right now you're writing a lot of correct simple sentences, but they could be combined into complex sentences to make it read more naturally. Making complex sentences is really hard, but you can do it!

Thank you!

I don’t know how dental treatment is carried out in other countries, but in Japan, we have a national insurance system, so. Therefore if you have a toothache, you can easily receive treatment.

Be careful about run-on sentences.

We only have to pay 30% of the treatment cost.

Before COVID19, my wife worked at a dental clinic.

She hasd a dental hygienist license, so and her salary was quite good.

It sounds like this is in the past, therefore it would be "had" a dental hygienist license. I replaced "so" with "and" as its not a common knowledge that having a licensure means an excellent salary in Japan.

However, her dentist seemed to be bad at administering anesthesia.

In the next section you go into your personal experience. To transition to that, perhaps give an explanation about HOW they knew that dentist was bad at anesthesia.

I had my wisdom tooth extracted at a larger hospital some years ago.

You haven't given a direct comparison, so "large" is more appropriate than "larger."

Before that, II had had a cavity in the tooth next to my wisdom tooth, and it was quite painful.

Its unclear if these are separate events - the wisdom tooth extraction and/or the cavity.

However, that doctor was very skilled.

In this case, its best to follow up about what made that doctor so skilled in your opinion.
