I came across a short video on Rednote this morning. The young female author said in the video, "Don't let busy work take all your time, you need to make time for stud,
for thinking and for your health". I sounds very simple. After thinking about it I found it really makes sense and most people in my cycle didn't do this. They are always struggling to get a high salary, no matter what it takes. They are working day and night, thought some of them have been very rich. I think maybe busy working has been a culture in my Circle - Chinese IT industry. Without busy work, they will feel uncomfortable and even don't know what they should do. I uaed to be like this too,lol 😂
Now, I think it's really sad. I don't think work is all my life anymore.

I think maybe busy working perhaps been a culture in my Circle -extreme work culture is quite prevalent in my field, i.e. in the Chinese IT industry.
