I don't have the habit of drinking tea. Because I don't drink enough water, my friend suggested that I try switching to tea to make 'boring' process of drinking water more interesting. Unfortunately, it's hard for me to enjoy the bitterness in the tea, so drinking water seems to be much easier. I do like bubble tea and milk tea, but they are not healthy at all. If I use them to replace water, I might gain a lot of weight.
