5. Do you understand what the Chinese teacher says? I can understand what the Chinese teacher says.
6. Can you read the teacher's writing well enough? I can't see the teacher's writing clearly.
7. Can you finish a hundred dumplings? I can't finish a hundred dumplings.
8. Can you drink fifteen Cokes in one day? I can drink fifteen Cokes a day.
9. Can they all not speak English? No, teacher Chang is the only one who can't speak English.

"一点点高兴" is treated here as a noun phrase, hence the "有". Alternatively, "些许" has an adverbial sense of "somewhat".
你买得到买不到你要的书吗？
我买得到我要的书。
你听得懂听不懂中文老师说的话？
我听得懂中文老师说的话。
你看得清楚看不清楚老师写的字？
我看不清楚老师写的字。
你吃得完吃不完一百个饺子？
我吃不完一百个饺子。
你一天喝得完十五杯可乐吗？
我一天喝得完十五杯可乐。
他们都不会说英文吗？
不，就只有常老师一个人不会说英文。
In speech, your formulation would be quite clear given the intonation. But in writing this is easier to understand.

By the way, the three 的 地 得 are no longer clearly differentiated in modern Chinese. A lot of times people use only 的 in place of all three. The practice of marking the semantic function has fallen out of fashion.

Hi, thanks a lot. I appreciate the extra explanations to further understand the language! Just some follow up questions. I understand that the following sentences: 你听得懂听不懂中文老师说的话？; 你看得清楚看不清楚老师写的字？; 你吃得完吃不完一百个饺子？, are not incorrect as such, however, you removed the 懂 , 清楚, and 完. Is this due to a particular style, modern usage or how the language is used in casual speech which is why removing these words is better? Thanks!

A yes/no question is never formulated with such verbosity in Mandarin. Of course they are perfectly comprehensible, so I guess there is no problem apart from social stigma of your language being judged as "not authentic". I.e. less verbosity is how native speakers always do it.
To ask yes/no questions (very) formally, the question phrase "是否" is used: 你是否会说英文 — ("Can you speak English")

Hi, understood. So it's more authentic to say: 你听得听不懂中文老师说的话？than 你听得懂听不懂中文老师说的话 ? - so without the 懂. Thanks a lot for your explanations! :)
