I've been working in a multinational company for 2 years. I was eager to embrace my role in this company, thinking that "wow I got a big shot as a fresh graduate" I would definitely use my skill to its potential especially my English skill. I thought on some parts of my work I would have a chance to shine and work with overseas colleagues, but I'm not. I got a-rolling-position and ended up in the production department, which I only work with many subordinates (local). I haven't been using my English skill in a professional settings for a while and I think that my skill is gradually decreasing. That's why I try every possible way to re-learn or just surround myself with English. I hope I'll be more productive here.

We use “thinking [that]” for paraphrasing, so we don’t use quotation marks directly after the word “that.”

I’ve never heard of “a-rolling-position”; I’m not sure I know what that is.

Sometimes we hyphenate “re-” words, but hyphens go away when a word is old enough. For instance, in old books, today and tomorrow are spelled to-day and to-morrow. Even most lifelong English speakers probably need a dictionary to remember when to use hyphens most of the time!
I hope I'll be more productive wheren I do.

This sounds stressful. I know how it feels to have a job that doesn’t utilize my abilities. I wish you luck!
