I miss my granny.
Last year I lost my grandma, it was a complicated moment in my life. It was weird and distressful seeing my uncles and my dad crying, I felt little and powerless. Today would be her anniversary, march 21. She was a funny and strong person, in the peak of her eighties she was going to downtown by herself just to walk and buy whatever she wants. I would never think she would be sick so suddently. She went to sleep and the next day she was hospitalized. She passed her last months in an hospital bed. I stayed with her one day, it was so sorrowful to see her like that, so weak and sad.

Ano passado eu perdi minha vó, foi um momento complicado na minha vida. Foi estranho e angustiante ver meus tios e meu pai chorarem, me senti pequena e impotente. Hoje seria o aniversário dela, 21 de março. Ela era uma pessoa engraçada e forte, no auge dos seus 80 anos ela ainda ia até o centro da cidade sozinha passear e comprar o que quisesse.
