Dear Sir,
I connected to your machine remotely and I fixed the issue that you explained to me yesterday. Now the machine is running and I would suggest to you of switch off the motor fan when the operator start the producition. I guess that the reason of the motor issue could be due from the suddently start and stop of it.
Caro signore,

"of" is probably fine too, it just feels more natural to me to use "for" here.

"Guess" and "could" both suggest uncertainty. There is no need to have both of them here. One or the other will do. I've tried to remove the possibility that you are accusing the customer of anything.
Also I've moved around "suddenly" to make the sentence sound more natural.
