As extreme cold weather was hitting my area, as low as - 30 degrees Celius. I plugged my car in overnight. Unfortunately, I didn't power up my car on the first attempt this morning, the screen displayed it was in Emergency Mode, and flashed a warning. However, I started the car in the second time after a strange sound. I called my friend for the reason, he has driven the same brand as mine, and he suggested I to sand the battery terminals. He said there might be some corrosion on the terminals that reduce the current flow from the battery to car's electrical system. I told him that I would drive my car to his house where we would sand the terminals together. I hope this can help with my car, ensuring safe powering up in winter.

Hybrid Car power up Issue
As extreme cold weather was hitting my area, as low as - 30 degrees Celius, I plugged my car in overnight.
This sentence is incomplete as it doesn't have a verb, it should be connected with the next sentence with a comma instead of having a period seperating it.
I plugged my car in overnight.
Unfortunately, I dicouldn't power up my car on the first attempt this morning, the screen displayed it was in Emergency Mode, and flashed a warning.
"didn't" has the implication that you could have, but chose not to, power your car up on the first attempt.
However, I started the car in the second time after a strange sound.
You could write 'on the second time' here but it
I called my friend for the reason, he has driven the same brand as mine, and he suggested Ito me to sand the battery terminals.
"he suggested I to sand the battery terminals." contains the error.
In this clause you are the object, your friend is the subject. When referring to one's self 'I' is used for the subject (what is doing the action) and 'me' for the object (what is being acted upon)
'suggested me' would mean that you were the thing your friend suggested, but that's not the case, you're who the suggestion is aimed at. so 'to me'. 'to sand the battery terminals' would be the suggestion. This clause could be written as "he suggested to sand the battery terminals" as well.
Another option for how to phrase this would be to phrase it as a complement clause (a clause that acts as the object of another clause) as the following "He suggested that I sand the battery terminals" here "I sand the battery terminals" works as an independent clause (ie: complete sentence) you are the subject so "I". "that" works to connect it to what your friend suggested. ie: "He suggested that 'x'" -> "He suggested that I sand the battery terminals"
Your sentence here has really good overal construction though and shows a good understanding of how to connect clauses together in complex sentences. 👍

Oh no, that's frustrating! I hope that getting rid of the corrosion fixes the problem in the future.
