How Much Do You Have In Saving?

I cannot tell you the exact amount, but I've spend for myself in a year. There is growing concern that pension will over among in Japan, so I think I need to improve myself to survive in the future.

How Much Do You Have In Savings?

I cannot tell you the exact amount, but I've ( / I have) enough to cover my spending for myself in a year.

It's more natural not the abbreviation "I have" when the "have" refers to possessing something. "I've" is more usually used for the "I have" that gets combined with verbs that you've already done.

There is growing concern that pensions will overend among people in Japan, so I think I need to improve myself to survive in the future.

"pension will" needs a verb here, and over isn't a verb, so this is a little confusing.

If your intended meaning is something like ペンションがいなくなる, then an option is something like "there is a growing concern that pensions will end in Japan"

If it's something more like ペンションが足りなくなる, then it would be better phrased as "there is a growing concern that pensions will be insufficient"
