Thank you very much for your careful correction.
I tried using a semicolon, but it's difficult.
From next time I'll try to write simply using periods to make it easier to understand.

I would break this into individual sentences. I would also leave out Japan. Normally when this is asked in English it means where have you been and excludes where you are from. I cannot tell if you went to Taiwan for a "school trip" or to "celebrate your graduation from college" so I wrote it as if you went for an educational reason. If it was a celebratory trip, you could say ..... for a graduation celebration.

I have been to five countries: Japan, of course; the United sStates, when I was in junior high school; Taiwan, for my university graduateion trip; Belgium; and the Netherlands, to go to the Van Gogh museum. I want to beengo to Italy next, so please tell me your travel tips.

"United States" is the full name, so both words should be capitalized, and the complete name is "the Netherlands," not "Netherland." When making lists, you have to add "and" before the last item listed.

Well done! Semicolons are hard to use, but you did very well! I've been to America, Canada, Cambodia, and Japan. ☺︎
