Note: "take a shower" is much more common in the US. So an alternative would be:

How I Relax After a Long Day

After a long day, I like to havtake a shower, have a fresh meal, and lie ion my couch watching something that I like.

In a list of actions like this, I would personally put a comma after the second-to-last action as well, just to make it a little easier to read.

"Have a shower" doesn't sound completely wrong, but where I live at least, I almost always say "take a shower" instead.

"In" almost always means you are inside or within something. So "lie in my couch" implies that you are, say, sandwiched between the couch's cushions and frame, as if the frame is a mattress and the cushions are a blanket. If this isn't what you mean, I would use "on". "On", unlike "in", means you are touching or attached to something's exterior but not its interior.

Another alternate way of saying this could be: "After a long day, I like to have a shower and a fresh meal, and lie on my couch watching something I like."

Overall, nicely done! Hope my feedback helps!
