How can I stop to procrastinate

Okay here is the problem, I used to do my chores to the last hour, it's like I know I have to do it, but I really don't want to do it.
I have had this problem since long ago but now in the lockdown this problem increased more and more. I would like to change this behevor but how?

I would like and advice if you have one.

Okay here is the problem, I used to wait to do my chores ato the last hour, it's like I know I have to do it, but I really don't want to do it.

you could also say "I used to leave my chores until the last hour". "At the last minute" is also used frequently in English.

I have had this problem since long ago but now in the lockdown this problem increased more and mhas gotten worse.

"increased more and more" doesn't really work in English but I can't place why...you could say "it has gotten worse and worse" as well though.

I would like andy advice if you have onsome.
