How can I get more colloquality

During my four years in University, I actively participated in academic research activities. I have been engaged in phonetics and vocabulary research with my tutor twice, from which I have gained rich knowledge and further improved my scientific research ability. In addition, the mysterious linguistics inspired me to explore deeply and hope to have the opportunity to engage in scientific research.
When I was in University, I actively participated in the speech contest and various competitions held by the University. These experiences not only improved my oral expression ability, but also greatly enhanced my self-confidence, which made me more optimistic, cheerful and positive.

How can I getsound more colloqualitylike a native speaker?

I've only heard 'colloquial' used as an adjective. It's also not a very commonly used word.

During my four years in University, I actively participated in academic research activities.

I have been engaged in phonetics and vocabulary research with my tutor twice, from which I have gained richa deep knowledge and further improved my scientific research ability.

"a rich knowledge" is grammatically correct. But if you want to sound more native, I would used 'deep knowledge' is more commonly used. Also, I would normally say "a deep knowledge IN + something".

In addition, the mysteriousy of linguistics inspired me to explore more deeply (+ what), and I hope to have the opportunity to engage in scientific research.

'mysterious linguistics' is a little confusing for me as a native speaker. Do you mean...the mystery of linguistics?
I would recommend, to sound more native, we would further explain what you are exploring more deeply.

You can only drop the 'I' if the subject is the same. In this case, it is the mystery in the first clause, so you need to include "I"

When I was in Uuniversity, I actively participated in thea speech contest and various competitions held by the Uuniversity.
