Heute schreibe ich zwei Texte über meiner Forschung, Autismus, Geschlechtsidentität und Freundschaften. Ich bin so müde und ich will das Buch, „Why Does He Do That“, auf Englisch zu lesen.

Try to avoid word repetition!
Since it is not easy to read a book when you are tired, I would not use "und", but "aber":
Ich bin so müde, will aber trotzdem das Buch ... lesen.
