Health Check
I had a health checkup once a year.
I had to have a stomach test, so I didn't eat or drink after 9 PM the night before.
I usually drinks something after taking a bath, but since it was past 9 PM when I left the bath, I couldn't drink anything.
It was hard time for me too I can’t being able to eat or drink anything from 9 PM until around the noot the next day when the test was over.

年に一度の健康診断があった。
胃の検査があるので、前日の夜の９時以降は絶飲食だった。
いつもはお風呂に入ったあとで何かを飲むが、お風呂から出たのが９時を過ぎていたので、飲めなかった。
夜の９時から検査が終わる翌日の昼12時頃まで何も飲み食いできないのは、辛かった。
